With his leg Noah Rosa managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Bruno's Garth Rainey fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 20 minutes into the match, Bruno's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Escobedo came free, but Gayle Olson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Garth Rainey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Elora AFC's Mathis Parham got a free kick in the 24th minute. Sandy Migneault helped the player get up and apologised. In the 42nd minute, Sandy Migneault hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno's Lenard Compton shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 43rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Noah Rosa but with some difficulty. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ignacio Escobedo was the one to do the kick off. Gayle Olson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Escobedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After 53 played minutes Bruno got a freekick which was hit by Absolon Velazquez. A hard shot 56 in the game by Frederick Whitley from a close distance when the talented Gayle Olson managed to make a qualified save. Bruno's players were relieved. In the 56th match minute, Bruno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fidel Reese to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Garth Rainey in the 59th minute of play forced Elora AFC's goalkeeper Noah Rosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 59 played minutes Elora AFC got a freekick which was hit by Tom Ventura. Eloy Simpson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Noah Rosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Frederick Whitley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sandy Migneault was shown his second yellow card after 68 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Elora AFC's Sandy Migneault got a free kick in the 69th minute. Eloy Simpson might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Noah Rosa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eloy Simpson ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eloy Simpson in the 80th minute of play forced Elora AFC's goalkeeper Noah Rosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Noah Rosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Garth Rainey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Bruno's Gayle Olson got control of the ball when Frederick Whitley tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bruno's Gayle Olson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Bruno from getting a goal against them. Phil Labossière received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Gayle Olson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frederick Whitley could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Gayle Olson made a huge save. Eloy Simpson took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Noah Rosa. Noah Rosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Bruno's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
