Spectators: 6727 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Arnulfo Ruel got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute Arnulfo Ruel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lou Chadwick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Forest Felix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lou Chadwick having to interfere. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Minnitaki FC's goalkeeper Lou Chadwick, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Jacques Bonds's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bradly Oneal was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Jacques Bonds recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20thth minute of the game Jacques Bonds who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Magog's Bradly Oneal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Magog's Virgil Parsons got a free kick in the 20th minute. Bradly Oneal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laverne Weaver in the 29th minute of play. After having played for 34 minutes, Forest Felix managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Magog's supporters crossed their fingers, but Forest Felix was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Minnitaki FC booed when Magog was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Paiement didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Jacques Bonds managed to get in a good position for a shot. Minnitaki FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacques Bonds was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bradly Oneal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 44 minutes into the match, Minnitaki FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arnulfo Ruel came free, but Lou Chadwick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacques Bonds took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bradly Oneal. Bradly Oneal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernardo Cordova to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnulfo Ruel during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Arnulfo Ruel hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Minnitaki FC's goalkeeper Lou Chadwick, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacques Bonds got free with Bradly Oneal in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 63 played minutes Minnitaki FC got a freekick which was hit by Jamal Dufour. Bradly Oneal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Cordova in the 68th minute of the match. Forest Felix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lou Chadwick having to interfere. Lou Chadwick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnulfo Ruel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Minnitaki FC's Lou Chadwick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Forest Felix in the 79th minute of play. After 80 played minutes Minnitaki FC got a freekick which was hit by Willie McLeod. Arnulfo Ruel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lou Chadwick having to interfere. When Forest Felix came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Magog fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Forest Felix couldn't finish the play. In the 87th minute, Gerard Rutherford hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Minnitaki FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
