Gene Soucy struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Cedric Waller didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bonavista.

Lauren Rankin made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Rodolphe Rucker sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Middlebro AFC booed when Bonavista was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baptiste Burke didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lauren Rankin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgilio Cornell, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. The audience was convinced that Gene Soucy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cedric Waller was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Rodolphe Rucker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Bryant Lovett notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Middlebro AFC's Cedric Waller. Cedric Waller was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 94 minutes into the game, Bryant Lovett was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bonavista's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Middlebro AFC the free kick. Bryant Lovett kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After having played for 95 minutes, Odis Ledford managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Middlebro AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Odis Ledford was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bonavista walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
