Spectators: 6725 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Keith Hoffman kicked off to start the match. Cedric Waller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Keith Hoffman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Georges Waters received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Cedric Waller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cedric Waller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Keith Hoffman, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Keith Hoffman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cedric Waller. Middlebro AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Keith Hoffman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Keith Hoffman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cedric Waller having to interfere. In the 24th minute, one of Goshen:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Goshen. In the 25th minute there was a penalty for Middlebro AFC. Rubin Vinson stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Maximilien Pelchat. 1-1. In the 29th minute of the match Frank Boncoeur shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cedric Waller showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cedric Waller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Keith Hoffman, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Georges Waters scored 1-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cedric Waller, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Odis Ledford fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximilien Pelchat having to interfere. In the 47th match minute, Middlebro AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kim Bragg to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Goshen were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Odis Ledford to make the kick off. Maximilien Pelchat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Odis Ledford in the 53rd minute of the match. Keith Hoffman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raphaël Kuhn hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Maximilien Pelchat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolphe Rucker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Goshen's Maximilien Pelchat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Odis Ledford in the 63rd minute of play. Rodolphe Rucker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximilien Pelchat having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Georges Waters managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goshen's supporters rose to their feet, but Georges Waters was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cedric Waller breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 70th minute, Boniface Deschamps hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute of the match Shane Moses shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maximilien Pelchat showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rodolphe Rucker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute, Walter Keyes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximilien Pelchat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolphe Rucker in the 82nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Keith Hoffman got free with Cedric Waller in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Georges Waters had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Keith Hoffman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Cedric Waller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 90 minutes, Odis Ledford managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Middlebro AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Odis Ledford was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rodolphe Rucker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maximilien Pelchat stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Odis Ledford's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. The Goshen supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Goshen would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
