In the 25thth minute of the game Patrick Rosado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sandspit FC's Grégoire Rosas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kirby Baker kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Clayton Boudreaux's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christian Fluet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Salvador Beausoleil succeeded in the game's 47th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Christian Fluet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clayton Boudreaux, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Patrick Rosado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Grégoire Rosas was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Cortez Lemaître charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
