Spectators: 6717 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Olivier Brower took the kick off in the first half of the match. 10 minutes into the game, Olivier Brower recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bradford Spencer. Olivier Brower showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Felipe Hétu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Arnoldo Frappier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Stry FC's goal looked a bit too open when Olivier Brower came free, but Bradford Spencer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Micheal Elliot kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Stry FC's Bradford Spencer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olivier Brower in the 18th minute of play. If Cornell Hooks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 24 minutes, Martin Mazuret managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dogpound's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Mazuret was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stry FC's Bradford Spencer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olivier Brower in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute Andrew Prescott shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Frappier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Felipe Hétu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Martin Mazuret sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the match, Dogpound's Martin Mazuret sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bradford Spencer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Felipe Hétu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Felipe Hétu to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Eldridge Grenier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnoldo Frappier made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Andrew Prescott sent off a good shot on target. Felipe Hétu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnoldo Frappier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olivier Brower in the 61st minute of play forced Stry FC's goalkeeper Bradford Spencer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Stry FC's Felipe Hétu in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dogpound's goalie prevented a goal. 76 minutes into the match, Dogpound's goalkeeper Arnoldo Frappier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andrew Prescott. If Andrew Prescott had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felipe Hétu in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnoldo Frappier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Dogpound booed when Stry FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Velasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. 96 minutes into the game, Martin Mazuret cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Bradford Spencer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
