Spectators: 6730 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 4 minutes, Lynn Ouellette managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ripley's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lynn Ouellette was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ripley's Lynn Ouellette got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Andrew Prescott had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrew Prescott got free with Tracey Tilley in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Felipe Hétu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Tracey Tilley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tracey Tilley stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felipe Hétu's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Karl Spivey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bradford Spencer having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Felipe Hétu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bradford Spencer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl Spivey, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ripley's zone, Andrew Prescott stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tracey Tilley came out of the goal and Andrew Prescott tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lynn Ouellette fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bradford Spencer having to interfere. 33 minutes into the game, Micheal Elliot was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stry FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ripley the free kick. Micheal Elliot kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the game's 34th minute Ripley's Randell Gil took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Bradford Spencer and thus the score was 0-1. After a rather tough play, Stry FC's Micheal Elliot got a free kick in the 37th minute. Karl Spivey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Bradford Spencer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lynn Ouellette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tracey Tilley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Hétu in the 46th minute of the match. The Stry FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ripley were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Felipe Hétu made the kick off in the second half. Bradford Spencer was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Karl Spivey capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Karl Spivey really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. After 57 minutes of play Stry FC's Micheal Elliot was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Stry FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Micheal Elliot hit a great ball. In the 59th minute of the match Randell Gil sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bradford Spencer skillfully saved the ball. Kelley Fleming hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Gervais Dagenais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karl Spivey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bradford Spencer having to interfere. Bradford Spencer made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Lynn Ouellette sent off a good shot on target. When Andrew Prescott came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Stry FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrew Prescott couldn't finish the play. After 74 minutes of play, Stry FC's Felipe Hétu made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tracey Tilley was left in no man's land by his defense there! Felipe Hétu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute of the match Randell Gil sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bradford Spencer skillfully saved the ball. Lynn Ouellette could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Bradford Spencer made a huge save. In the 91st match minute, Ripley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chester Prince to maneuver through the defense. Stry FC's Bradford Spencer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Spivey in the 94th minute of play. Andrew Prescott's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tracey Tilley read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ripley had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
