Spectators: 6727 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Olivier Brower started the match with the kick off. The audience was convinced that Thaddeus Dick's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnoldo Frappier was relentless in the 2nd minute of the game. After 8 played minutes Rothesay FC got a freekick which was hit by Oliver Mock. Olivier Brower recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rothesay FC's goalkeeper Will Kearney, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Olivier Brower had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th match minute, Dogpound was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delbert Crabtree to maneuver through the defense. Rothesay FC's Carey Blalock couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 16th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Dogpound. Grant Leonard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Arnoldo Frappier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th match minute, Dogpound was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willie Darnell to maneuver through the defense. Carey Blalock took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Arnoldo Frappier. Dogpound's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Dogpound's goal looked a bit too open when Thaddeus Dick came free, but Arnoldo Frappier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Dogpound's Olivier Brower in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rothesay FC's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Rothesay FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Sylvester Shoemaker hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Rothesay FC's zone, Olivier Brower stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Will Kearney came out of the goal and Olivier Brower tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abram Brady's late challenge caught a Dogpound's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abram Brady helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Dogpound booed when Rothesay FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abram Brady didn't get a good kick on the ball. Grant Leonard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Arnoldo Frappier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnoldo Frappier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thaddeus Dick in the 41st minute of the match. If Martin Mazuret had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Grant Leonard succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 48th playminute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thaddeus Dick to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olivier Brower in the 67th minute of play forced Rothesay FC's goalkeeper Will Kearney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnoldo Frappier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Grant Leonard went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Willie Darnell kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Carey Blalock took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 78th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Arnoldo Frappier. Dogpound's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Arnoldo Frappier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thaddeus Dick in the 83rd minute of the match. If Martin Mazuret had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Dogpound's Olivier Brower in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rothesay FC's goalie prevented a goal. Martin Mazuret took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Will Kearney. Will Kearney dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. With a little luck, Rothesay FC's Will Kearney got control of the ball when Martin Mazuret tried to sneak it across the goal line. Will Kearney stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olivier Brower's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thaddeus Dick in the 102nd minute of play forced Dogpound's goalkeeper Arnoldo Frappier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Dogpound players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
