After 11 minutes, Karl Spivey made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Revelstoke AFC's Onesime Dias tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 15th match minute, Ripley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucio Harrison to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute, Lemuel Strange fired a really elegant long shot, but Tracey Tilley threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Onesime Dias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karl Spivey's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. When Jackie Roche fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Revelstoke AFC's protests and gave Jackie Roche a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ripley booed when Revelstoke AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jackie Roche didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lynn Ouellette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Karl Spivey struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Onesime Dias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ripley. 31 minutes into the game, Ripley's Lynn Ouellette nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Onesime Dias made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Onesime Dias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl Spivey, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Karl Spivey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Onesime Dias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Lynn Ouellette blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Onesime Dias having to make a save. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Karl Spivey made the kick off in the second half. When Rodrick Guidry came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Revelstoke AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrick Guidry couldn't finish the play. In the 60th minute, Juste Elliott left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Revelstoke AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. If Juste Elliott had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the match, Ripley's goal looked a bit too open when Juste Elliott came free, but Tracey Tilley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute Juste Elliott shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tracey Tilley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Revelstoke AFC were furious when Mauricio Tackett was red carded, 74 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 73rd minute, one of Revelstoke AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Revelstoke AFC. After 76 minutes of play, Ripley's Randell Gil made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Onesime Dias was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lynn Ouellette received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Onesime Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tracey Tilley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antoine Cordero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Karl Spivey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lynn Ouellette made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 90thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Onesime Dias would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. When Lemuel Strange fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Revelstoke AFC's protests and gave Lemuel Strange a yellow card for diving instead. In the 91st minute, one of Revelstoke AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Revelstoke AFC. The goalkeeper, Onesime Dias, was totally fooled by Ripley's Randell Gil, who 93 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After a rather tough play, Revelstoke AFC's Adolphe Barrette got a free kick in the 100th minute. The Revelstoke AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ripley's performance. The match ended with a win for Ripley.
