Spectators: 6725 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Porfirio Huot started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Goodridge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnold Walton to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute, Porfirio Huot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Goodridge booed when Tadoussac AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barton McCloud didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Goodridge's goalkeeper Clint Rhodes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arthur Henry. In the 19thth minute of the game Amos Phillips who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Goodridge's Clint Rhodes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 22nd minute, Porfirio Huot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sébastien Gordon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philibert Margand having to interfere. Clint Rhodes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amos Phillips, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute Arthur Henry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clint Rhodes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Porfirio Huot scored 0-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Philibert Margand, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 37 minutes into the match, Arthur Henry notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Goodridge's Clint Rhodes. Clint Rhodes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 41 minutes of play Goodridge's Arnold Walton was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 42nd match minute, Goodridge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnold Walton to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Tadoussac AFC's Daniel Archambault tried to score from far away in the 42nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Sébastien Gordon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Philibert Margand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amos Phillips made a kick off. Amos Phillips fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clint Rhodes having to interfere. Graig Montano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Philibert Margand made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sébastien Gordon got free with Philibert Margand in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Clint Rhodes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arthur Henry, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After having played for 69 minutes, Amos Phillips managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tadoussac AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amos Phillips was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sébastien Gordon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arthur Henry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Goodridge's Clint Rhodes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur Henry in the 86th minute of play. Arthur Henry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Barton McCloud came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Tadoussac AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Barton McCloud couldn't finish the play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
