Marlon Souplet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 37 minutes into the match, Shalalth FC's goalkeeper Marlon Souplet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roderick Cousteau. Shalalth FC's Marlon Souplet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmar Rock in the 45th minute of play. Delmar Rock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marlon Souplet having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Huerta to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Delmar Rock got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Roderick Cousteau sped through Shalalth FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marlon Souplet. 65 minutes into the match, Delmar Rock had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marlon Souplet. Shalalth FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Delmar Rock was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Delmar Rock couldn't finish the play. Marlon Souplet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmar Rock, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Darrin Burkhart in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Harry Deserres, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a defensive mix-up in Rosetown FC's zone, Joel Huerta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harry Deserres came out of the goal and Joel Huerta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rosetown FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
