Spectators: 6720 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 0) Gaultois AFC's Albert Beaulac started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Whitworth AFC's Dominique Hernandez got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Albert Beaulac fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Burt Benoit having to interfere. In the 8th minute, Thibault Draper hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thomas Cortez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thibault Draper received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Anselme Chalifour tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thibault Draper struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Anselme Chalifour didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Whitworth AFC. In the 18th match minute, Gaultois AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro Denton to maneuver through the defense. Géraud Parnell charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Géraud Parnell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 40 minutes into the game, one of Whitworth AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 43rd minute there was a penalty for Gaultois AFC. Aron Galindo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Burt Benoit. 1-1. Albert Beaulac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Burt Benoit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

If Albert Beaulac had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thibault Draper received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Anselme Chalifour tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Curtis Hogan charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Curtis Hogan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Gaultois AFC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Curtis Hogan hit a great ball. 63 minutes into the match, Gaultois AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Thibault Draper came free, but Anselme Chalifour reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thibault Draper in the 66th minute of play forced Gaultois AFC's goalkeeper Anselme Chalifour to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Gaultois AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gene Shepard came free, but Anselme Chalifour reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 68 played minutes Gaultois AFC got a freekick which was hit by Dillon Ladner. The supporters of Whitworth AFC booed when Gaultois AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dillon Ladner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaultois AFC's Anselme Chalifour played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gene Shepard in the 75th minute of play. Thomas Cortez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Burt Benoit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albert Beaulac fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Burt Benoit having to interfere. Whitworth AFC's Burt Benoit proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Whitworth AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 92nd minute, Dominique Hernandez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gene Shepard in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anselme Chalifour prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anselme Chalifour made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thibault Draper in the 96th minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
