Ashley Storey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brent Bryson in the 9th minute of play. The supporters of Ingleside booed when Niagara FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norman Beauchamp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Faustino Bain might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ashley Storey. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Faustino Bain ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Niagara FC booed when Ingleside was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. James Lane didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute Faustino Bain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ashley Storey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Léonce Cummings sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Milo Kaplan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Brent Bryson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ingleside's supporters rose to their feet, but Brent Bryson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ashley Storey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Brent Bryson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ashley Storey having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Niagara FC's goalkeeper Ashley Storey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brent Bryson. Narcisse Arsenault stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Léonce Cummings's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Milo Kaplan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narcisse Arsenault having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
