Spectators: 6725 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Apollinaire Fitch got the match started through his kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Eddie Miller managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wishart's supporters rose to their feet, but Eddie Miller was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guillaume Kincaid breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 7 played minutes Standhope FC got a freekick which was hit by Elmer Geiger. Leroy Haas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Guillaume Kincaid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17thth minute of the game Jackson Blalock who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wishart's Cyrille Kaiser was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leroy Haas struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Guillaume Kincaid didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wishart. Eddie Miller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Guillaume Kincaid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jackson Blalock took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cyrille Kaiser. Cyrille Kaiser dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 28th minute, Rodrigo Clements hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guillaume Kincaid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leroy Haas in the 29th minute of the match. After 30 played minutes Wishart got a freekick which was hit by Aron Douglas. Standhope FC's Apollinaire Fitch got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Apollinaire Fitch in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cyrille Kaiser saved Wishart from getting behind. After 40 played minutes Wishart got a freekick which was hit by Tanner Hickey. After a defensive mix-up in Standhope FC's zone, Eddie Miller stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guillaume Kincaid came out of the goal and Eddie Miller tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Standhope FC's goalkeeper Guillaume Kincaid, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leroy Haas was the one to do the kick off. Eddie Miller blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guillaume Kincaid having to make a save. Leroy Haas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Guillaume Kincaid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Jackson Blalock left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Standhope FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After 79 played minutes Standhope FC got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Clements. Standhope FC's Guillaume Kincaid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leroy Haas in the 82nd minute of play. Eddie Miller blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guillaume Kincaid having to make a save. Eddie Miller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillaume Kincaid having to interfere. In the 89th match minute, Standhope FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apollinaire Fitch to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apollinaire Fitch in the 97th minute of play forced Wishart's goalkeeper Cyrille Kaiser to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Standhope FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
