Spectators: 6728 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 0) Donovan Sheridan started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute, Cornelius Gabriel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jimmie Schultz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robt Lépicier got free with Felipe Cortes in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mason Sanders took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donovan Sheridan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Robt Lépicier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Dodsland's zone, Donovan Sheridan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mason Sanders came out of the goal and Donovan Sheridan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Gavin ForestLaforest had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gavin ForestLaforest received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Mason Sanders tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Douglas Boyd got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Douglas Boyd scored 1-0 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Felipe Cortes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tod Addison blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felipe Cortes having to make a save. Mason Sanders showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donovan Sheridan in the 40th minute of the match. Donovan Sheridan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Gavin ForestLaforest fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mason Sanders having to interfere. Lunenburg AFC's Gavin ForestLaforest got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Donovan Sheridan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Douglas Boyd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felipe Cortes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Douglas Boyd in the 69th minute of the match. The supporters of Dodsland booed when Lunenburg AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raymon Swan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robt Lépicier struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Felipe Cortes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dodsland. Mason Sanders had great luck who in the 83rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Donovan Sheridan from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After 88 played minutes Dodsland got a freekick which was hit by Granville Goodson. Keith Carlton took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mason Sanders. Dodsland's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Lunenburg AFC's goalkeeper Felipe Cortes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jaime Bruno's late challenge caught a Dodsland's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaime Bruno helped the player get up and apologised. Dodsland were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Lunenburg AFC for a fine match.
