Felipe Cortes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Woking. Dannie Dent hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute, Rudolf Grier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Donovan Sheridan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julien Carlisle having to make a save. When Gavin ForestLaforest came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Lunenburg AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gavin ForestLaforest couldn't finish the play. An unexpected shot in the 25th minute by Gavin ForestLaforest got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Gavin ForestLaforest received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Julien Carlisle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Woking's Rudolf Grier got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donovan Sheridan in the 40th minute of play forced Woking's goalkeeper Julien Carlisle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 72 minutes into the game, when Keneth Watt put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 71st minute of the game. One of Woking:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lunenburg AFC:s goal. Keith Carlton shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Daniel Brunault managed to get in a good position for a shot. Woking's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Brunault was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felipe Cortes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 81 minutes into the match, Woking's Daniel Brunault sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Felipe Cortes narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
