Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Désiré Wesley made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Standhope FC's goalkeeper Guillaume Kincaid, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 6th minute, Désiré Wesley reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Guillaume Kincaid. The goal made the score 1-0. Shawn Pool took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guillaume Kincaid. Guillaume Kincaid dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Shawn Pool sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Désiré Wesley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Guillaume Kincaid managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Emo's Eliseo Friedman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Shawn Pool came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Emo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shawn Pool couldn't finish the play. 34 minutes into the game, Eliseo Friedman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Emo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Standhope FC the free kick. After 34 played minutes Emo got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Friedman. Apollinaire Fitch hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Guillaume Kincaid made an important save on a dangerous shot by Désiré Wesley in the 48th minute.

The wind increased when Apollinaire Fitch made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Standhope FC's Abel Barnes got a free kick in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Désiré Wesley in the 58th minute of play forced Standhope FC's goalkeeper Guillaume Kincaid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Emo booed when Standhope FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Clements didn't get a good kick on the ball. Désiré Wesley's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guillaume Kincaid read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. In the 68th match minute, Standhope FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Clements to maneuver through the defense. Shawn Pool fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillaume Kincaid having to interfere. Apollinaire Fitch might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marc Gillespie. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Apollinaire Fitch ran back to his position shaking his head. Emo's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Apollinaire Fitch 75 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-1. When Emo's Shawn Pool in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Standhope FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 84th minute, Désiré Wesley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Shawn Pool managed to get in a good position for a shot. Emo's supporters rose to their feet, but Shawn Pool was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guillaume Kincaid breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Désiré Wesley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillaume Kincaid having to interfere. Guillaume Kincaid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shawn Pool, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Désiré Wesley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillaume Kincaid having to interfere. Emo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
