Spectators: 6724 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Solomon Mobley started the match with the kick off. Felipe Cortes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Solomon Mobley in the 4th minute of the match. Grady Nunns short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Felipe Cortes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gavin ForestLaforest in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pierre Early prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Lunenburg AFC's Jaime Bruno got a free kick in the 14th minute. Eduardo Flaherty's late challenge caught a Forestville AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eduardo Flaherty helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the Lunenburg AFC defense, Grady Nunn kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felipe Cortes. The Lunenburg AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felipe Cortes should have stopped the shot. Eduardo Flaherty hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Wilfredo Christie was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 27th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Felipe Cortes was a little too slow when Solomon Mobley got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 2-0. Jaime Bruno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Solomon Mobley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felipe Cortes having to interfere. If Solomon Mobley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raymon Swan during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Raymon Swan hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

After 54 played minutes Lunenburg AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gavin ForestLaforest. After having played for 55 minutes, Grady Nunn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Forestville AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Grady Nunn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pierre Early didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 58th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. With his leg Pierre Early managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when Lunenburg AFC's Gavin ForestLaforest fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donovan Sheridan in the 64th minute of play forced Forestville AFC's goalkeeper Pierre Early to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gavin ForestLaforest fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pierre Early having to interfere. 71 minutes into the game, Donovan Sheridan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pierre Early. Donovan Sheridan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Donovan Sheridan had several of the Forestville AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 76 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-3 score and a disappointed Pierre Early as he didn't even see the shot coming. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gavin ForestLaforest got free with Pierre Early in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 90th minute, one of Lunenburg AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lunenburg AFC. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
