The audience thought a goal was coming when Ezequiel Woody got free with Cyrille Kaiser in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Wishart booed when Piccadilly was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boniface Sands didn't get a good kick on the ball. Piccadilly's Mariano ForestLaforest played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eddie Miller in the 23rd minute of play. In the 26th minute Leroy Haas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano ForestLaforest saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Piccadilly booed when Wishart was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quintin Gunter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Donat Goldman charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
