Spectators: 6720 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 0) When Donovan Sheridan came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Lunenburg AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Donovan Sheridan couldn't finish the play. Donovan Sheridan was extremely unlucky when he, in the 9th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Gavin ForestLaforest's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 9thth minute, Mohammad Merchant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Donovan Sheridan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mohammad Merchant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Kent Hathaway managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bellburns's supporters rose to their feet, but Kent Hathaway was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felipe Cortes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Donovan Sheridan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mohammad Merchant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donovan Sheridan, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Eduardo Flaherty hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Bellburns's Collin Huard tried to score from far away in the 28th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Bellburns's Mohammad Merchant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donovan Sheridan in the 33rd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Bellburns's goalkeeper Mohammad Merchant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gavin ForestLaforest. Lunenburg AFC's Donovan Sheridan got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gavin ForestLaforest struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Mohammad Merchant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lunenburg AFC. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Donovan Sheridan made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Donovan Sheridan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mohammad Merchant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bellburns's Kent Hathaway got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 58 minutes, Aurelio Flaherty managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bellburns's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aurelio Flaherty was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eduardo Flaherty's late challenge caught a Bellburns's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eduardo Flaherty helped the player get up and apologised. 62 minutes into the match, Bellburns's Collin Huard broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Mohammad Merchant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Donovan Sheridan's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Donovan Sheridan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Mohammad Merchant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mohammad Merchant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavin ForestLaforest in the 70th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Lunenburg AFC's Donovan Sheridan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mohammad Merchant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 76thth minute of the game Kent Hathaway who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lunenburg AFC's Felipe Cortes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Bellburns booed when Lunenburg AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raymon Swan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kent Hathaway fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felipe Cortes having to interfere. If Aurelio Flaherty had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donovan Sheridan struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Bellburns's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johnathan Walker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 93rd minute of the match, Johnathan Walker got a very nice opportunity to score, but Felipe Cortes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Gavin ForestLaforest's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mohammad Merchant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
