Spectators: 6741 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1741, VIP seats: 0) Désiré Wesley started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Shawn Pool in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mason Sanders saved Dodsland from getting behind. 5 minutes into the match, Dodsland's goal looked a bit too open when Désiré Wesley came free, but Mason Sanders reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shawn Pool fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mason Sanders having to interfere. Marc Gillespie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Douglas Boyd in the 9th minute of the match. If Désiré Wesley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Désiré Wesley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mason Sanders having to interfere. After 23 played minutes Dodsland got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Rudd. Dexter Harmon hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Granville Goodson kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Emo's Désiré Wesley got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Shawn Pool came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Emo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shawn Pool couldn't finish the play. In the 39th minute Désiré Wesley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mason Sanders saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Dodsland's goalkeeper Mason Sanders, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mason Sanders stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Désiré Wesley's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd match minute, Dodsland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dexter Harmon to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Douglas Boyd to make the kick off. Mason Sanders was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Deangelo Gardner. Emo's Marc Gillespie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Douglas Boyd in the 57th minute of play. Douglas Boyd struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Marc Gillespie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dodsland. The audience thought a goal was coming when Shawn Pool got free with Mason Sanders in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 69th minute, Brenton Weir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mason Sanders made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Désiré Wesley in the 71st minute of play. Mason Sanders was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Désiré Wesley showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 81 minute of play. In the 84th minute of the match, Shawn Pool got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mason Sanders was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Dexter Harmon hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Shawn Pool could shoot a difficult shot in the 90th minute, which Mason Sanders however easily saved by the left post. In the 95th minute, Shawn Pool got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
