Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Branden Owen took the kick off in the first half of the match. Geoffroi Miller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Branden Owen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Macdiarmid booed when Tracadie FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Neil Petit didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9thth minute of the game Lionel Caisse who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tracadie FC's Théodore Swenson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Brady Duhamel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 13 minutes, Branden Owen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tracadie FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Branden Owen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Geoffroi Miller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Branden Owen, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Geoffroi Miller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Branden Owen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joe Larivière who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Geoffroi Miller when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joe Larivière got free with Geoffroi Miller in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joe Larivière sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Geoffroi Miller was a little too slow when Joe Larivière got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 1-0. Thanks to some nice moves Joe Larivière could shoot a difficult shot in the 35th minute, which Geoffroi Miller however easily saved by the left post. Tracadie FC's Agustin Courtemanche was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Geoffroi Miller in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 42nd minute, one of Tracadie FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tracadie FC. 43 minutes into the match, Alex Reid notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Tracadie FC's Théodore Swenson. Théodore Swenson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lionel Caisse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Théodore Swenson having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lionel Caisse to strike the kick off in the second half. Macdiarmid's Geoffroi Miller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joe Larivière in the 58th minute of play. In the 60thth minute of the game Lionel Caisse who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tracadie FC's Théodore Swenson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Tracadie FC's goal looked a bit too open when Brady Duhamel came free, but Théodore Swenson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brady Duhamel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Théodore Swenson having to interfere. Lionel Caisse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Branden Owen came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Tracadie FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Branden Owen couldn't finish the play. Geoffroi Miller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joe Larivière in the 74th minute of play. Mack Willett kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Geoffroi Miller came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Tracadie FC's Branden Owen. But to his dismay, Branden Owen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Brady Duhamel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Théodore Swenson made a huge save. Théodore Swenson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lionel Caisse in the 88th minute of the match. The supporters of Macdiarmid booed when Tracadie FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Courtney Guillory didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lionel Caisse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Macdiarmid players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tracadie FC.
