Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Jerald Frederick made the kick off and thus started the match. Curling's Stéphane Montminy got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 4 minutes, Austin Conner mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pennington and the Curling players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Pennington's Austin Conner got a free kick in the 4th minute. 7 minutes into the game, Albert Stapleton was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pennington's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Curling the free kick. After 7 played minutes Pennington got a freekick which was hit by Albert Stapleton. Arlen Tatum recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albert Stapleton hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. If Stéphane Montminy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rogelio Rodrigues took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Renaldo Varner. Renaldo Varner dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Rogelio Rodrigues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute, Austin Conner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jerald Frederick struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Emerson Oneill didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Curling. 37 minutes into the match, Pennington's goal looked a bit too open when Stéphane Montminy came free, but Emerson Oneill reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stéphane Montminy in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emerson Oneill prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Austin Conner kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rogelio Rodrigues to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Rogelio Rodrigues left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pennington fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 57th minute Jerald Frederick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emerson Oneill saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arlen Tatum charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arlen Tatum the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Arlen Tatum hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute, Lon Otero fired a really elegant long shot, but Emerson Oneill threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. In the 63rd minute Rogelio Rodrigues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renaldo Varner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Rogelio Rodrigues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arlen Tatum received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Renaldo Varner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Rogelio Rodrigues had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Renaldo Varner. Curling's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rogelio Rodrigues was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 71st match minute, Pennington was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shaun Edwards to maneuver through the defense. Renaldo Varner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Rodrigues in the 89th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Arlen Tatum managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pennington's supporters rose to their feet, but Arlen Tatum was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Renaldo Varner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 92nd minute, Rogelio Rodrigues got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 93rd minute, Alberto Robinson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pennington fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. There was no doubt that Pennington were the better team. Pennington's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
