Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hayden Paiement took the kick off in the first half of the match. Pennington's Emerson Oneill played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hayden Paiement in the 3rd minute of play. When Austin Conner came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Pennington fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Austin Conner couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cedric Dodier during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 5 played minutes Magnet FC got a freekick which was hit by Cedric Dodier. In the 7thth minute of the game Rogelio Rodrigues who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Magnet FC's Christopher Barrios was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Emerson Oneill made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Ramon Hodge sent off a good shot on target. Rogelio Rodrigues recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ramon Hodge took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emerson Oneill. Emerson Oneill dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 24 played minutes Pennington got a freekick which was hit by Albert Stapleton. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alberto Robinson during the 27th minute. If Ramon Hodge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Louie Bishop, 38 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 39th minute, Austin Conner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arlen Tatum to make the kick off. A collision led to Pennington getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Conrad Hawthorne hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Louie Bishop in the 51st minute of play forced Pennington's goalkeeper Emerson Oneill to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Hayden Paiement got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ramon Hodge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Louie Bishop hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. 84 minutes into the game, Kermit Rocha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pennington's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Magnet FC the free kick. In the 84th minute, Kermit Rocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 94 minutes into the match, Magnet FC's goalkeeper Christopher Barrios had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rogelio Rodrigues. A collision led to Magnet FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Tytus Lukasik hit a great ball. Pennington's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
