But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marty Coker couldn't finish the play. Emerson Oneill came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Beiseker FC's Antonia Vang. But to his dismay, Antonia Vang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Emerson Oneill showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marty Coker, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Léon Sams took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Rodrigues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Beiseker FC's Léon Sams played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogelio Rodrigues in the 37th minute of play. Kermit Rocha took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Léon Sams. Beiseker FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Rogelio Rodrigues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marty Coker to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Rogelio Rodrigues's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Léon Sams was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Léon Sams was a little too slow when Arlen Tatum got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 1-1. After 61 minutes, Austin Conner mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pennington and the Beiseker FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th minute Marty Coker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emerson Oneill saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Beiseker FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Rodney Souplet hit a great ball. Arlen Tatum in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Léon Sams, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Marty Coker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Austin Conner was shown his second yellow card after 75 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Austin Conner kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Rogelio Rodrigues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Léon Sams having to interfere. If Rogelio Rodrigues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Raoul Barger came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Beiseker FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raoul Barger couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rogelio Rodrigues got free with Léon Sams in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rogelio Rodrigues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Léon Sams having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
