Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Wawa AFC's Milo Pruett started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Pennington getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Austin Conner hit a great ball. Arlen Tatum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Rogelio Rodrigues took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Jose Harris to make any attempt to save it. Arlen Tatum blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jose Harris having to make a save. After 18 minutes, Raymundo Norwood mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wawa AFC and the Pennington players grew even worse after the yellow card. Raymundo Norwood kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Albert Stapleton managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. In the 21st minute, Rosario Cochran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Arlen Tatum took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jose Harris to make any attempt to save it. Emerson Oneill made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milo Pruett in the 25th minute of play. Milo Pruett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emerson Oneill having to interfere. Rosendo Pouliotte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Emerson Oneill tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Wawa AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Arlen Tatum came free, but Jose Harris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arlen Tatum received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jose Harris came out and tried to block the shot, but Arlen Tatum slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arlen Tatum to make the kick off. If Rosendo Pouliotte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55thth minute of the game Arlen Tatum who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wawa AFC's Jose Harris was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Arlen Tatum managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pennington's supporters rose to their feet, but Arlen Tatum was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jose Harris breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milo Pruett in the 67th minute of play forced Pennington's goalkeeper Emerson Oneill to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose Harris came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Pennington's Arlen Tatum. But to his dismay, Arlen Tatum quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After recieving a nice pass, Pennington's Shaun Edwards tried to score from far away in the 85th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Wawa AFC's Jose Harris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arlen Tatum in the 87th minute of play. Wawa AFC's Milo Pruett got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Albert Stapleton hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pennington's zone, Milo Pruett stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emerson Oneill came out of the goal and Milo Pruett tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pennington were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Wawa AFC for a fine match.
