Vernon Bledsoe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Robin Abrams tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robin Abrams made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sidney Simard in the 4th minute of play. Sidney Simard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Abrams having to interfere. Robin Abrams took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vernon Bledsoe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the match, Dover's goal looked a bit too open when Vernon Bledsoe came free, but Robin Abrams reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Vernon Bledsoe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sidney Simard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Abrams having to interfere. In the 29th match minute, Osborne AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maxime Duran to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Dover getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Wes Gunter hit a great ball. Sidney Simard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thibault Manley was extremely unlucky when he, in the 39th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 43rd minute, Ron Buckley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sidney Simard in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Robin Abrams saved Dover from getting behind. 46 minutes into the match, Alphonse Louis sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Renard Gour threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Alphonse Louis this time. In the 49th minute, Thibault Manley reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Renard Gour. The goal made the score 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vernon Bledsoe to strike the kick off in the second half. If Vernon Bledsoe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aurelio Létourneau during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Osborne AFC booed when Dover was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Létourneau didn't get a good kick on the ball. Osborne AFC's Sidney Simard got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Renard Gour showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thibault Manley, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. If Thibault Manley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thibault Manley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renard Gour having to interfere. Robin Abrams didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sidney Simard went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 84th minute, Milford Lajoie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donte Gadbois in the 92nd minute of play forced Osborne AFC's goalkeeper Renard Gour to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Donte Gadbois fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renard Gour having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Osborne AFC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
