Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rick Crenshaw started the match with the kick off. In the 12th play minute Dion Heller came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jerry Naquin. 1-0. A collision led to Morley FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Jonah Ly hit a great ball. Milo Horne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Trinidad Houser tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute Rick Crenshaw shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerry Naquin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jerry Naquin made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Reynaldo Desnoyers sent off a good shot on target. Jerry Naquin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rick Crenshaw, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Jerry Naquin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonah Ly, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Luc Hargrove in the 32nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Tribune AFC's Marc Hand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rick Crenshaw in the 36th minute of play forced Tribune AFC's goalkeeper Jerry Naquin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Milo Horne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Trinidad Houser tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jerry Naquin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dion Heller went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Milo Horne was the one to do the kick off. After 55 played minutes Tribune AFC got a freekick which was hit by Arlen Ratliff. In the 58th match minute, Tribune AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giuseppe Simons to maneuver through the defense. Rick Crenshaw struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Jerry Naquin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Morley FC. Tribune AFC's Giuseppe Simons got his second yellow card of the match in the 60th minute. The referee ordered Giuseppe Simons off the ground. Morley FC's Rick Crenshaw got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jerry Naquin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dion Heller, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Rick Crenshaw received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Jerry Naquin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martin Sirois charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martin Sirois the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 78th minute, Martin Sirois hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute Rick Crenshaw shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerry Naquin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jerry Naquin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rick Crenshaw in the 82nd minute of the match. When Romain Fair fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tribune AFC's protests and gave Romain Fair a yellow card for diving instead. Rick Crenshaw struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
