In the 17th match minute, Villers AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kelley Acevedo to maneuver through the defense. After 21 played minutes Villers AFC got a freekick which was hit by Régis Bouchard. Buster Quick scored 1-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zachariah Pineda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Devon LaGarde might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Géraud Henley. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Devon LaGarde ran back to his position shaking his head. 32 minutes into the match, Buster Quick had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zachariah Pineda. Villers AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Buster Quick was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. With a little luck, Otis's Géraud Henley got control of the ball when Devon LaGarde tried to sneak it across the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Devon LaGarde cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Buster Quick made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Villers AFC defense, Buster Quick kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zachariah Pineda. The Villers AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zachariah Pineda should have stopped the shot. In the 57th minute, Buster Quick hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the game, Devon LaGarde cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Géraud Henley was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Villers AFC's Zachariah Pineda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Villers AFC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Otis's zone, Devon LaGarde stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Géraud Henley came out of the goal and Devon LaGarde tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Silas Pitts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Géraud Henley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Devon LaGarde in the 83rd minute of the match. Régis Bouchard might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Géraud Henley. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. When Dillon Pate fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Otis's protests and gave Dillon Pate a yellow card for diving instead. Dillon Pate kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
