Firmin Faucher recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31st minute, Eustache Weiss got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 33 minutes, Blaine McGuire managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dinorwic AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blaine McGuire was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ellsworth Pitts kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Gustave Jenkins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute Gustave Jenkins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel McKenzie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gustave Jenkins made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Gustave Jenkins's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gabriel McKenzie was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. 54 minutes into the match, Dinorwic AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustave Jenkins came free, but Gabriel McKenzie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dinorwic AFC's Gabriel McKenzie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Dinorwic AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 88th minute Leslieville were awarded a corner. Coy Poe went to the cornerflag to take it. Leslieville's Corin Willis was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gabriel McKenzie in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Léon Clément showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blaine McGuire, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Dinorwic AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Leslieville had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
