Antwan Bowman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dasserat. Antwan Bowman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andy Wilkins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kermit Bouchard in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernand McRae prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kermit Bouchard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Fernand McRae tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hayden Phaneuf kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Kermit Bouchard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernand McRae having to interfere. If Chase Guillory had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Dasserat's Fernand McRae got control of the ball when Chase Guillory tried to sneak it across the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Tracey Duffy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dasserat's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Coulter the free kick. In the 40th match minute, Dasserat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tracey Duffy to maneuver through the defense. Chase Guillory received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Fernand McRae tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Kermit Bouchard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coulter's supporters rose to their feet, but Kermit Bouchard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernand McRae breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Humbert McCullough to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Dasserat's Humbert McCullough dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. Coulter's Antwan Bowman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humbert McCullough in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, Granville Pulliam was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coulter's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dasserat the free kick. After 60 played minutes Coulter got a freekick which was hit by Granville Pulliam. Coulter's Kermit Bouchard got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Chase Guillory came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Coulter fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chase Guillory couldn't finish the play. Chase Guillory sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fernand McRae showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kermit Bouchard, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Antwan Bowman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humbert McCullough in the 79th minute of play. In the 83rd match minute, Coulter was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jamal Dupéré to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Dasserat's Bastien Shields got a free kick in the 87th minute. Coulter's Antwan Bowman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humbert McCullough in the 94th minute of play.
