Spectators: 6755 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1755, VIP seats: 0) Renard Shook made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute, Renard Shook got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chester Barber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Walton Deaton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Fernando Lockwood hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Del Lemelin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Foster Kimbrough had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Foster Kimbrough took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christian Warner. Christian Warner dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Chester Barber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charlemagne FC's Chester Barber got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Renard Shook got free in front of the goal in the 29th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Christian Warner was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Christian Warner came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Athalmer AFC's Renard Shook. But to his dismay, Renard Shook quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Christian Warner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renard Shook, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Renard Shook scored 0-3 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christian Warner, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Athalmer AFC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Del Lemelin to make the kick off. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 53rd minute of the game. One of Athalmer AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Charlemagne FC:s goal. The referee gave Charlemagne FC a penalty, 55 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Kirk Dorsey, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Athalmer AFC's Walton Deaton. 1-3. Foster Kimbrough sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Athalmer AFC's Foster Kimbrough got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 66 minutes, Foster Kimbrough managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Athalmer AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Foster Kimbrough was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 67 played minutes Charlemagne FC got a freekick which was hit by Damien Harper. With a little luck, Charlemagne FC's Christian Warner got control of the ball when Foster Kimbrough tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Damien Harper fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Charlemagne FC's protests and gave Damien Harper a yellow card for diving instead. In the 68th match minute, Charlemagne FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damien Harper to maneuver through the defense. Christian Warner didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Renard Shook went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Del Lemelin in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walton Deaton saved Athalmer AFC from getting behind. Renard Shook sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christian Warner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renard Shook, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Walton Deaton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Del Lemelin in the 85th minute of the match. When Chester Barber came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Charlemagne FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chester Barber couldn't finish the play. Del Lemelin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Charlemagne FC's Damien Harper got a free kick in the 91st minute. Renard Shook was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 92nd minute. Athalmer AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 96 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Athalmer AFC's Renard Shook fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Walton Deaton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Del Lemelin in the 97th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Athalmer AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
