Seating: 1761, VIP seats: 0) Weenusk's Sergio Shipp started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Denver Baril received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Roman Flint came out and tried to block the shot, but Denver Baril slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. After having played for 12 minutes, Sergio Shipp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Weenusk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sergio Shipp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Blackwater booed when Weenusk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claude Dolan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Georges Rutledge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aron Guinn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergio Shipp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 27 minutes of play, Weenusk's Georges Rutledge made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aron Guinn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sergio Shipp blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aron Guinn having to make a save. Weenusk's Georges Rutledge got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aron Guinn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Georges Rutledge, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Weenusk's Roman Flint proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Weenusk from getting a goal against them. When Denver Baril came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Blackwater fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denver Baril couldn't finish the play. If Denver Baril had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Denver Baril stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Elvin Saucier cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Roman Flint was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Weenusk getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Major Busque hit a great ball. Elvin Saucier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Major Busque kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. When Denver Baril came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Blackwater fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denver Baril couldn't finish the play. Aron Guinn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Shipp in the 61st minute of the match. Roman Flint showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denver Baril, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Aron Guinn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Shipp in the 84th minute of play. Aron Guinn made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Georges Rutledge sent off a good shot on target. Elvin Saucier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Weenusk's zone, Denver Baril stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roman Flint came out of the goal and Denver Baril tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denver Baril in the 92nd minute of play forced Weenusk's goalkeeper Roman Flint to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute, Denver Baril left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Blackwater fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. When Blackwater's Denver Baril in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Weenusk's goalie prevented a goal.
