Spectators: 6728 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 0) Commanda's Frankie Drummond proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Commanda from getting a goal against them. 7 minutes into the match, Timmy Avery dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Frankie Drummond, 1-0. 2-0 became the score in the 10th minute when Timmy Avery elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Zachariah Shah charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zachariah Shah the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sean Coleman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dalton Yeager having to make a save. In the 19th minute Agustin Ames shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalton Yeager saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Agustin Ames's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dalton Yeager was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Mike McClellan struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Frankie Drummond didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hoosier. If Agustin Ames had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Commanda's zone, Mike McClellan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frankie Drummond came out of the goal and Mike McClellan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mike McClellan in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frankie Drummond prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mike McClellan to make the kick off. If Timmy Avery had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Commanda's Odis Wolfe got a free kick in the 54th minute. Dalton Yeager made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Agustin Ames sent off a good shot on target. 68 minutes into the match, Hoosier's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Ames came free, but Dalton Yeager reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Commanda's goalkeeper Frankie Drummond, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Frankie Drummond made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mike McClellan in the 70th minute of play. The supporters of Hoosier booed when Commanda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Davis Brunson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mike McClellan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Frankie Drummond tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felton Spencer's late challenge caught a Commanda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felton Spencer helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Hoosier fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 87th minute. Penalty! A collision led to Commanda getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Odis Wolfe hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Hoosier fans cheered their team off the field, for while Commanda had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
