Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jack Holman made the kick off which started today's match. Jack Holman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeramy Jefferson having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Jack Holman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Harptree's supporters rose to their feet, but Jack Holman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeramy Jefferson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jeramy Jefferson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jack Holman in the 8th minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Sammy Chaney was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kegashka's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Harptree the free kick. 26 minutes into the game, Jack Holman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jeramy Jefferson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Harptree's Kerry Henson got a free kick in the 29th minute. The supporters of Harptree booed when Kegashka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sammy Chaney didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Harptree's zone, Merlin Cyr stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andres Riddle came out of the goal and Merlin Cyr tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Harptree's Andres Riddle got control of the ball when Merlin Cyr tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Harptree getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Kermit McCarty hit a great ball. Merlin Cyr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Riddle having to interfere. 48 minutes into the match, Harptree's goalkeeper Andres Riddle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Merlin Cyr.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Merlin Cyr to make the kick off. Jack Holman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th minute, Dorsey Metzger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Dante Hutchison managed to get in a good position for a shot. Harptree's supporters rose to their feet, but Dante Hutchison was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 60th minute of the match, Dante Hutchison got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jeramy Jefferson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Carson Lozano took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andres Riddle. Andres Riddle dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Merlin Cyr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
