Spectators: 6741 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1741, VIP seats: 0) Johnny McNair started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Anderson Ohara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Mitch Engle made a huge save. Mitch Engle was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Anderson Ohara showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. After having played for 13 minutes, Carlton Kimble managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alliance AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlton Kimble was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Hagersville AFC's Corey McCauley in 15 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Josh Pépin guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After 19 minutes, Carlton Kimble mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alliance AFC and the Hagersville AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Josh Pépin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Johnny McNair went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Josh Pépin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corey McCauley, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Corey McCauley struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Josh Pépin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hagersville AFC. 37 minutes into the match, Hagersville AFC's Johnny McNair sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Josh Pépin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Anderson Ohara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mitch Engle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlton Kimble, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

51 minutes into the match, Hagersville AFC's Johnny McNair sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Josh Pépin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Hagersville AFC's Scot Naquin got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After 54 played minutes, Alliance AFC's Enoch Espinoza shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mitch Engle came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Alliance AFC reached it. After 59 played minutes Alliance AFC got a freekick which was hit by Randy Betts. Johnny McNair recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Alliance AFC's goalkeeper Josh Pépin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Corey McCauley. Johnny McNair sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Corey McCauley came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Hagersville AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Corey McCauley couldn't finish the play. If Carlton Kimble had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Alliance AFC's zone, Marcellin Frye stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Josh Pépin came out of the goal and Marcellin Frye tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hagersville AFC's Mitch Engle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anderson Ohara in the 87th minute of play. Hagersville AFC's Johnny McNair got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Alliance AFC's Terry Leduc got a free kick in the 91st minute. Hagersville AFC's Perceval Marcoux couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Alliance AFC. Scot Naquin kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Hagersville AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
