Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rayford Ewing got the match started through his kick off. Columbus Martinez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renato Hamlin having to interfere. After 8 played minutes Nominingue got a freekick which was hit by Burl Covillon. In the 11th minute, Ted Sloan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Columbus Martinez came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Burnsville fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Columbus Martinez couldn't finish the play. Nominingue's Renato Hamlin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Nominingue from getting a goal against them. When Columbus Martinez came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Burnsville fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Columbus Martinez couldn't finish the play. When Burnsville's Rayford Ewing in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nominingue's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Nominingue's Burl Covillon got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 31st minute, Rayford Ewing got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rueben Racicot might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Renato Hamlin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rueben Racicot ran back to his position shaking his head. Renato Hamlin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rayford Ewing in the 36th minute of the match. Rayford Ewing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Renato Hamlin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alden Foreman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Renato Hamlin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rayford Ewing's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. After a rather tough play, Burnsville's Bruno Hampton got a free kick in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Columbus Martinez in the 65th minute of play forced Nominingue's goalkeeper Renato Hamlin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Nominingue's Errol Hogue got a free kick in the 66th minute. Renato Hamlin came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Burnsville's Rayford Ewing. But to his dismay, Rayford Ewing quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Rayford Ewing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Renato Hamlin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th match minute, Nominingue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ted Sloan to maneuver through the defense. If Rayford Ewing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rayford Ewing in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Renato Hamlin saved Nominingue from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Quentin Belanger got free with Eusebio Purcell in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nominingue's Renato Hamlin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rayford Ewing in the 97th minute of play.
