Spectators: 6747 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1747, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rayford Ewing kicked off to start the match. Rueben Racicot hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilbert Douglas in the 19th minute of play forced Burnsville's goalkeeper Eusebio Purcell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nick Guidry's late challenge caught a Shabagua's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nick Guidry helped the player get up and apologised. After 21 played minutes Burnsville got a freekick which was hit by Nick Guidry. A collision led to Burnsville getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Rueben Racicot hit a great ball. After 27 played minutes Burnsville got a freekick which was hit by Antoine Gareau. In the 30th match minute, Shabagua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerold Moreland to maneuver through the defense. When Columbus Martinez came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Burnsville fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Columbus Martinez couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Burnsville booed when Shabagua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Louie Carpenter didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute of the match Kristofer Lovett shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Francis Brock showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Shabagua's goal looked a bit too open when Rayford Ewing came free, but Francis Brock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eusebio Purcell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carl Fritz in the 42nd minute. If Wilbert Douglas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carl Fritz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wilbert Douglas made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Jerold Moreland was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Shabagua's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Burnsville the free kick. The supporters of Burnsville booed when Shabagua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerold Moreland didn't get a good kick on the ball. 53 minutes into the match, Burnsville's goal looked a bit too open when Carl Fritz came free, but Eusebio Purcell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carl Fritz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Eusebio Purcell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Wilbert Douglas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Shabagua fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Shabagua's Wilbert Douglas got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carl Fritz struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Eusebio Purcell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Shabagua. Columbus Martinez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Francis Brock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rayford Ewing, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After a rather tough play, Shabagua's Reynaud Duclos got a free kick in the 79th minute. Rayford Ewing's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Francis Brock read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. If Rayford Ewing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rayford Ewing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Rayford Ewing fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. An unexpected shot in the 96th minute by Columbus Martinez got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
