Spectators: 6727 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Stan Bruner started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Padlei booed when Arelee AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Goldman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Padlei's Hilaire Queen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stan Bruner in the 6th minute of play. Padlei's Heath Middleton got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11th minute, Dwayne Huppé hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 played minutes Arelee AFC got a freekick which was hit by Andres Leonard. In the 23rdth minute of the game Rogelio Flamand who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Padlei's Hilaire Queen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Shirley Bravo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Myron Roe in the 24th minute of play. Hilaire Queen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stan Bruner, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Padlei's goal looked a bit too open when Stan Bruner came free, but Hilaire Queen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Padlei's Hilaire Queen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stan Bruner in the 31st minute of play. Rogelio Flamand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilaire Queen having to interfere. Myron Roe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Padlei's Heath Middleton got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Myron Roe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romain Nicholas charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romain Nicholas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Heath Middleton in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Shirley Bravo saved Arelee AFC from getting behind. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Heath Middleton to make the kick off. In the 58th match minute, Arelee AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stan Bruner to maneuver through the defense. Hilaire Queen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Stan Bruner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Hilaire Queen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogelio Flamand in the 73rd minute of play forced Padlei's goalkeeper Hilaire Queen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Myron Roe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Shirley Bravo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Myron Roe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute, Amédée Chalifour hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Arelee AFC booed when Padlei was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romain Nicholas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 96 minutes, August Goode mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arelee AFC and the Padlei players grew even worse after the yellow card.
