When Jason Hargrove came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Kangerthialuksoak AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jason Hargrove couldn't finish the play. Sydney Guillory kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After 19 played minutes Carmel AFC got a freekick which was hit by Jae Spangler. Sydney Guillory's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joseph Akins read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Peter Zimmerman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jason Hargrove in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joseph Akins, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jason Hargrove kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Merle Burrows made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vincenzo Brodeur in the 39th minute of play. Jason Hargrove received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kangerthialuksoak AFC's goalkeeper Merle Burrows, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kangerthialuksoak AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jason Hargrove was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joseph Akins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Sydney Guillory had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, Vincenzo Brodeur notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Kangerthialuksoak AFC's Merle Burrows. Merle Burrows was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carmel AFC's Joseph Akins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sydney Guillory in the 94th minute of play. Antwan Simms hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Despite being the better team, Kangerthialuksoak AFC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
