With an extended leg and a bit of luck Augustin Shook prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Maurice Beasley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Pentypool FC booed when Kabaigon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reinaldo Champion didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Long Bousquet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tim Burkhart was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 68 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kabaigon fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Moses Whitaker, was totally fooled by Pentypool FC's Harrison Morris, who 70 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. With a little luck, Kabaigon's Moses Whitaker got control of the ball when Maurice Beasley tried to sneak it across the goal line. Augustin Shook showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roderick Farrar in the 84th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the game, Eugene Laramée was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kabaigon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pentypool FC the free kick. After 85 played minutes Kabaigon got a freekick which was hit by Eugene Laramée. Harrison Morris was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 88th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Augustin Shook made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roderick Farrar in the 98th minute of play. The Pentypool FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
