Spectators: 6717 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Harris in the 4th minute of play forced Colpton FC's goalkeeper Frances Vance to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute, Daron Gee hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelo Hinkle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Damien Frost tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Casselman FC's zone, Angelo Hinkle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damien Frost came out of the goal and Angelo Hinkle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Angelo Hinkle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daron Gee charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daron Gee the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Casselman FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Daron Gee hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, Colpton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Harris came free, but Frances Vance reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nathanael Conroy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frances Vance having to interfere. After 35 minutes, Maxwell Merritt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Colpton FC and the Casselman FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 35 played minutes Colpton FC got a freekick which was hit by Maxwell Merritt. In the 41st minute, Colpton FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Earnest McKnight fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Nathanael Conroy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the match, Angelo Hinkle notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Casselman FC's Damien Frost. Damien Frost was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valentin Harris made a kick off. Valentin Harris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Earnest McKnight's late challenge caught a Colpton FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Earnest McKnight helped the player get up and apologised. After 56 played minutes Casselman FC got a freekick which was hit by Earnest McKnight. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Warren Allen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colpton FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Warren Allen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damien Frost breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Damien Frost showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Warren Allen, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 67th match minute, Casselman FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Byron Spears to maneuver through the defense. After 68 played minutes Warren Allen rounded Casselman FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. Frances Vance showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Harris, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Nathanael Conroy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Nathanael Conroy came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Casselman FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nathanael Conroy couldn't finish the play. Frances Vance showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Harris, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute.
