Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when John Zoolingen kicked off to start the match. Rainier Mays charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rainier Mays the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 10 minutes into the match, John Zoolingen notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of DeWette's Barrett Watts. Barrett Watts was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, John Zoolingen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chevaliers de Québec's supporters rose to their feet, but John Zoolingen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Barrett Watts breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chevaliers de Québec's Jay McDonough proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Chevaliers de Québec from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Chevaliers de Québec getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Clemente Blanco hit a great ball. Barrett Watts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norman Villanueva, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. The audience was convinced that John Zoolingen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Barrett Watts was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Barrett Watts stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of John Zoolingen's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. John Zoolingen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barrett Watts having to interfere. The audience was convinced that John Zoolingen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Barrett Watts was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Barrett Watts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norman Villanueva in the 31st minute of the match. The supporters of DeWette booed when Chevaliers de Québec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jamel Rouse didn't get a good kick on the ball. 38 minutes into the match, John Zoolingen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Barrett Watts. DeWette's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that John Zoolingen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Barrett Watts stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of John Zoolingen's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of DeWette:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chevaliers de Québec:s goal. The referee gave Chevaliers de Québec a penalty, 45 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jamel Rouse, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of DeWette's Barrett Watts. 0-3.

In the 53rd minute, Jamel Rouse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 56 minutes into the match, Chevaliers de Québec's goal looked a bit too open when Rainier Mays came free, but Jay McDonough reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chevaliers de Québec's Jay McDonough played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brian Gray in the 59th minute of play. Clemente Blanco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barrett Watts having to interfere. John Zoolingen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A sloppy throw-in by Cecil Schaefer in the 68th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Chevaliers de Québec's Jamel Rouse. If Jamel Rouse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jay McDonough made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerald Ruel in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute, John Zoolingen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, DeWette's Barrett Watts got control of the ball when Titus Broussard tried to sneak it across the goal line. Barrett Watts didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Clemente Blanco went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Clemente Blanco might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Barrett Watts. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Clemente Blanco ran back to his position shaking his head. Titus Broussard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, DeWette's Barrett Watts got control of the ball when Titus Broussard tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Clemente Blanco came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Chevaliers de Québec fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clemente Blanco couldn't finish the play. John Zoolingen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If John Zoolingen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 93rd minute, Titus Broussard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Barrett Watts was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. When the final whistle sounded Chevaliers de Québec left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than DeWette.
