Damien Frost made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brian Gray in the 8th minute of play. After 10 played minutes DeWette got a freekick which was hit by Morris Watkins. In the 11th minute, Stefan Caldwell sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and DeWette's Barrett Watts didn't even have to move. Valentin Harris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barrett Watts having to interfere. Gerald Ruel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Damien Frost tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, DeWette's Rainier Mays got a free kick in the 45th minute. 48 minutes into the match, Nathanael Conroy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Barrett Watts. DeWette's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nathanael Conroy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Damien Frost showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brian Gray, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 57thth minute of the game Nathanael Conroy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DeWette's Barrett Watts was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nathanael Conroy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Barrett Watts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paris Loomis hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the match, Gerald Ruel notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Casselman FC's Damien Frost. Damien Frost was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Brian Gray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Casselman FC's Damien Frost played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brian Gray in the 83rd minute of play. In the 88th minute, Gerald Ruel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Casselman FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of DeWette for a fine match.
