Antony Addison received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Carol Oliver tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, Janeville AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Winfred Gladu came free, but Carol Oliver reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, Janeville AFC's Danilo Keyes tried to score from far away in the 12th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 18 minutes into the game, Antony Addison was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Komoux's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Janeville AFC the free kick. In the 18th match minute, Komoux was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antony Addison to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Komoux's Rueben Pineda got a free kick in the 21st minute. The long shot by Danilo Keyes in the 23rd minute really tested Rodrigo Barbour's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. An unexpected shot in the 34th minute by Rudolf Guzman got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 37 minutes of play, Komoux's Antony Addison made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carol Oliver was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Janeville AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Komoux were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joseph Hillman was the one to do the kick off. Janeville AFC's Carol Oliver played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antony Addison in the 58th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 62nd minute of the game. One of Komoux:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Janeville AFC:s goal. Danilo Keyes shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The audience was convinced that Antony Addison's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carol Oliver was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. After 78 played minutes Janeville AFC got a freekick which was hit by Simon Welch. Komoux's Rodrigo Barbour played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joseph Hillman in the 83rd minute of play. If Winfred Gladu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute, Jackson Johns hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Komoux eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
