The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Winfred Gladu hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Sicamous's Hobert England got control of the ball when Winfred Gladu tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Aron Clinton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aron Clinton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Rodrigo Barbour tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 21 minutes, Brant Lewis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sicamous and the Komoux players grew even worse after the yellow card. Brant Lewis hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Aron Clinton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Barbour having to interfere. When Sicamous's Aron Clinton in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Komoux's goalie prevented a goal. Aron Clinton struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Rodrigo Barbour didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sicamous. Aron Clinton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Rodrigo Barbour tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Sicamous's goalkeeper Hobert England had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Winfred Gladu. In the 42ndth minute of the game Tanner Major who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Komoux's Rodrigo Barbour was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 44th minute, Tanner Major got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jackson Johns hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aron Clinton made a kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Komoux's Antony Addison made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hobert England was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emerson Faulk hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Komoux's Felicien Young couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 57th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sicamous. Winfred Gladu hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Komoux's Rodrigo Barbour proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Komoux from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Komoux getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Hai Fortin hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the game, Tanner Major cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Rodrigo Barbour was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nelson Ezell's late challenge caught a Komoux's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nelson Ezell helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Sicamous's Nelson Ezell got a free kick in the 78th minute. Tanner Major who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Rodrigo Barbour when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Aron Clinton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute, Antony Addison hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Antony Addison got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Komoux. In the 92ndth minute of the game Antony Addison who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sicamous's Hobert England was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tanner Major recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sicamous were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
