Spectators: 6731 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jackson Lacombe took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jackson Lacombe might have been able to make a better finish in the 2nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Orval Pariseau. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jackson Lacombe ran back to his position shaking his head. Orval Pariseau made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Stacy Rancourt sent off a good shot on target. 6 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Ybarra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wabowden's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stettler FC the free kick. Rodrigo Ybarra kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Stacy Rancourt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Orval Pariseau made a huge save. Orval Pariseau made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stacy Rancourt in the 11th minute. Hubert Strickland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Ernest Poulin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wabowden's Hubert Strickland got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Orval Pariseau was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jackson Lacombe showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 35 minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Orval Pariseau successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hubert Strickland was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Anderson Goulet made a precise shot to the right of Orval Pariseau. Wabowden's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Stettler FC's Stacy Rancourt got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 61st minute, Johnathon Mercer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Orval Pariseau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jackson Lacombe in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th match minute, Wabowden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eddy McRae to maneuver through the defense. Sandy Hobbs, 67 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Jackson Lacombe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jackson Lacombe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Orval Pariseau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hubert Strickland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes had been played when some careless play by Stettler FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Erik Bussière was slow to take the kick. During this time Wabowden's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Wabowden's Rodrigo Ybarra to fire away a dangerous shot which Ernest Poulin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 85th minute, Wabowden's Philibert Bergeron seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Philibert Bergeron the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Wabowden protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Philibert Bergeron had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 84 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Wabowden! Sandy Hobbs placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 89th match minute, Wabowden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Bussière to maneuver through the defense. Sandy Hobbs, 90 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The audience was convinced that Jackson Lacombe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orval Pariseau was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. When Stettler FC's Jackson Lacombe in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
