Spectators: 6752 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1752, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Florence Nicholson kicked off to start the match. Eddie Rowley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Jarrod Sargent tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Landon Horn blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jarrod Sargent having to make a save. After having played for 6 minutes, Eddie Rowley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chelan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eddie Rowley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Eddie Rowley managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chelan's supporters rose to their feet, but Eddie Rowley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jarrod Sargent breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Earl Poirier kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Landon Horn's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jarrod Sargent read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Jacques Mathews showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florence Nicholson in the 26th minute of the match. Merlin Clavet hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the match, Alfred AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Eddie Rowley came free, but Jarrod Sargent reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Kareem Garcia came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Alfred AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kareem Garcia couldn't finish the play. In the 42nd minute, Eddie Rowley left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chelan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Jarrod Sargent showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Landon Horn, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Jarrod Sargent made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Landon Horn in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Chelan were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Landon Horn made the kick off in the second half. Eddie Rowley could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Jarrod Sargent made a huge save. Jarrod Sargent was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Cody Slaughter. Alfred AFC's Jarrod Sargent proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Alfred AFC from getting a goal against them. When Chelan's Landon Horn in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alfred AFC's goalie prevented a goal. After 69 minutes, Earl Poirier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alfred AFC and the Chelan players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Alfred AFC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Earl Poirier hit a great ball. The long shot by Daniel Deschenes in the 70th minute really tested Jarrod Sargent's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Landon Horn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Eddie Rowley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Chelan getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Eddie Rowley hit a great ball. When Chelan's Landon Horn in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alfred AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Jarrod Sargent made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Landon Horn in the 88th minute of play. In the 91st match minute, Alfred AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Earl Poirier to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Landon Horn in the 92nd minute of play forced Alfred AFC's goalkeeper Jarrod Sargent to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute Chelan were awarded a corner. Daniel Deschenes went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Chelan's corner Daniel Deschenes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jarrod Sargent quite easily take care of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Landon Horn in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jarrod Sargent prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chelan's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
