Spectators: 6739 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 0) Montmartre's Lenard Metcalf started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ashley Gougeon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luke Lin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felton Washington sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ashley Gougeon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luke Lin in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Felton Washington left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Montmartre fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luke Lin in the 14th minute of play forced Montmartre's goalkeeper Ashley Gougeon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lenard Metcalf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Britt Rose took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felton Washington, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute Luke Lin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ashley Gougeon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paris Goins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ashley Gougeon having to interfere. With a little luck, Montmartre's Ashley Gougeon got control of the ball when Paris Goins tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Luke Lin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gallows's supporters rose to their feet, but Luke Lin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ashley Gougeon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lino McWilliams during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 45 played minutes Montmartre got a freekick which was hit by Lino McWilliams. If Luke Lin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luke Lin was the one to do the kick off. Gallows's Britt Rose proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Gallows from getting a goal against them. After 55 minutes Gallows's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Larry Sinclair who took care of the corner kick. Larry Sinclair made a great header on Montmartre's corner, it was just that Gallows's Britt Rose managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to Gallows getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Paris Goins hit a great ball. Paris Goins recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paris Goins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Ashley Gougeon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Paris Goins managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gallows's supporters rose to their feet, but Paris Goins was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ashley Gougeon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Britt Rose made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Felton Washington sent off a good shot on target. Montmartre's Ashley Gougeon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paris Goins in the 91st minute of play. After 92 played minutes Montmartre got a freekick which was hit by Denny Vadnais. If Paris Goins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Gallows supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Montmartre's performance. The match ended with a win for Montmartre.
