Spectators: 6735 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Maximo Shockley got the match started through his kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andreas Norwood in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ike Weldon saved Atlin FC from getting behind. Buck Benoit hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Atlin FC's Célestin Matthews couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 11th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Hermitage AFC. In the 19th minute, Buck Benoit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute Maximo Shockley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Beyer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romain Clifford fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Beyer having to interfere. If Maximo Shockley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Maximo Shockley's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patrick Beyer was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andreas Norwood was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Atlin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Norwood came free, but Ike Weldon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Eric Croft had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute, Romain Clifford left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlin FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When Andreas Norwood came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Hermitage AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andreas Norwood couldn't finish the play. 65 minutes into the game, one of Atlin FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Hermitage AFC a penalty, 66 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Telesphore Mueller, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Atlin FC's Ike Weldon. 1-1. Ike Weldon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eric Croft, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 played minutes Atlin FC got a freekick which was hit by Justin Atwood. Maximo Shockley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Beyer having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andreas Norwood in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ike Weldon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 82nd minute Eric Croft shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ike Weldon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximo Shockley took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patrick Beyer. Patrick Beyer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. If Eric Croft had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Atlin FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Hermitage AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
